Why we do not publish a firm price on this page
Two projects described on the same page can differ fundamentally in architecture, integrations, and compliance requirements. We do not issue a firm quote without discovery — because neither you nor we want a preventively padded estimate or mid-delivery scope changes. Discovery costs €500–€2,000 (deductible from the final project if we proceed) and produces a written technical specification with a detailed estimate by deliverables and milestones.

Engagement models — three options
Fixed price
Recommended when scope is defined and stable, typically under €15,000, with delivery within 3 months. Investment is set in the proposal; scope overrun risk is defined in the fixed-price contract. Advantage: budget predictability. Limitation: major requirement changes trigger a documented supplemental proposal.
Time and materials with reporting
Suited to complex projects (over €20,000) with evolving requirements. Billing reflects sprint deliverables with transparent weekly reporting. Advantage: maximum flexibility — you pay only for what is delivered. Requires active involvement in backlog prioritization.
Monthly retainer
For post-launch maintenance, continuous product evolution, or Fractional CTO. A guaranteed monthly hour allocation with preferential rates versus time and materials. Advantage: the same senior engineer and predictable cost. Implies a monthly commitment.

Can I include only some features in the first package?
Yes — we recommend this approach. We start with the minimum viable MVP that delivers measurable value, launch with real users, and validate assumptions. Additional features are added iteratively in subsequent sprints, based on usage data rather than assumptions.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The only typical additional costs are third-party licenses (Apple Developer $99/year, Google Play $25 one-time, cloud accounts), configured on your account and paid directly by you. We document them explicitly in the specification before the first invoice.
Do you accept installment payments?
Yes. Standard structure: 30% on signing, 40% at the mid-project milestone, 30% at launch. For enterprise projects, monthly staging through retainer with weekly deliverable reporting.
Which engagement model do you recommend?
It depends on scope clarity: fixed price for MVPs and projects under €15,000 with stable requirements, time and materials for complex systems with continuous evolution, retainer for post-launch maintenance and product evolution. The recommendation comes after discovery — not before.
