Why no «final» price on this page?
Two projects with the same one-page description can be fundamentally different in technical scope. We don't quote firmly without discovery — neither you nor we want a preventively padded quote or mid-project scope creep. Discovery costs €500-€2,000 (deductible from the final project if we move forward) and produces a written technical spec with hourly breakdown.

Fix-price
Works when scope is clear and complete, under €15,000, delivered in max 3 months. You pay the fixed quote price; scope creep risk is on us. Predictable budget. Rigid to pivot — any scope change generates a supplemental quote.
Time & Materials with reporting
Recommended for large projects (over €20,000) with evolving scope. You pay for hours worked with transparent weekly reporting. Maximum flexibility, you pay only for delivered work. Requires active involvement in prioritization.
Monthly retainer
For post-launch, maintenance, continuous product evolution. You pay €X/month for Y guaranteed hours with preferential rates (10-20% below T&M).
Pricing FAQ
Can I include only some features in the first package?
Yes — we recommend exactly that. We start with the minimum viable MVP that delivers real value, launch with real users, learn what works. The rest of the features are added iteratively in subsequent sprints based on data, not assumptions.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The only typical additional costs: third-party licenses (Apple Developer $99/year, Google Play $25 one-time, cloud accounts), which are configured on your account and paid by you directly. We list them clearly in the spec before any billing.
Do you accept installment payments?
Yes, standard structure: 30% on signing, 40% at mid-project milestone, 30% at launch. For large projects, monthly staging through retainer with weekly reporting.
Do you also work hourly?
Yes, for small projects or ad-hoc consulting. Hourly rates 2026: senior €70-€100/h, technical lead €90-€120/h, depending on complexity. For recurring projects or retainer we apply preferential rates.
