Online store development with e-Factura, eMAG and courier integrations
A store that looks good in a demo and one that converts and reconciles its own invoices are different projects. We build the second kind: Romania-specific integrations (e-Factura, eMAG, couriers, SmartBill) done right the first time, plus the conversion work that turns traffic into orders. From standard Shopify builds to high-volume Next.js Commerce platforms.

The general service overview is on E-commerce development. For budgets, see e-commerce development cost in 2026.
E-commerce platforms: which fits you
- Shopify: 2-4 week setup, large app ecosystem, hosting included. For D2C brands, stores under €100k/year revenue, no technical team.
- WooCommerce: open source, full customization, native WordPress integration. For stores with developed blogs, mid-budget, willingness to maintain.
- Magento (Adobe Commerce): for enterprise retail with complex catalog (10k+ SKUs), B2B with custom negotiations, multi-store with multiple currencies.
- Next.js Commerce / Medusa / Saleor: for high volumes, headless architecture, maximum performance (top Core Web Vitals), complex integrations.
- Custom built from scratch: rare, only when business requirements are fundamentally incompatible with existing platforms.
Romania-specific integrations
The difference between a working store and one blocking your operations is often in integrations. What we routinely connect:
- e-Factura ANAF: mandatory B2B from 2024 + B2C from 2025. Automatic UBL XML generation, SPV API integration, daily reporting.
- eMAG Marketplace: bidirectional product, stock, price, order, return sync. API v2, AWBs, status notifications.
- Romanian couriers: Sameday, FAN Courier, Cargus, DPD, GLS, Easybox. Auto AWB generation, tracking, cart-level rate calculation.
- Payments: Stripe, PayU, Netopia, EuPlatesc, Mobilpay. Apple Pay, Google Pay, installment payments, recurring billing.
- Accounting systems: SmartBill, Saga, ContaBlu, NexusERP. Customer/article/invoice/payment sync.
Conversion optimization: more sales, same traffic
A store with 10,000 visitors/month at 1% conversion sells 100 orders. At 2.5% conversion = 250 orders. Same traffic spend, 2.5x revenue. Tactics that work:
- 1-step checkout or maximum 2 pages; every step loses 20-30% of users
- Mandatory guest checkout + optional social login
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: mobile conversion +50% when active
- Trust badges visible at checkout (SSL, 30-day returns, 24h delivery)
- Automatic abandoned cart recovery (1h + 24h + 72h), with a typical 8-15% recovery
- Algorithmic product recommendations: AOV +15-25%
- Schema markup Product + Review + AggregateRating → rich snippets in Google → CTR +30%
- Optimized Core Web Vitals: LCP <2.5s. Slow sites lose 40% users at 3s+
